Your adventure
Join us on a sightseeing trip amongst the islands, islets and skerries of the Støtt archipelago. Exploring by boat gives you a new perspective on these scenic islands, and lets you appreciate our rich birdlife up close. Several islands are especially important nesting sites and therefore part of a nature reserve.
This boat trip starts with a tour of Støtt’s sheltered harbour. During the journey, our guide will share exciting stories about the life and heritage of the islanders, the heyday of Støtt Old Trading Post, the challenging years of occupation during World War II, as well as today’s thriving community. From the harbour, we proceed to Støtt’s most exposed shore; facing the open ocean, this is the sea eagles’ realm. In addition to the majestic bird of prey, we are likely to encounter marine wildlife such as otters, seals and porpoises.
The waters around Støtt are legendary for great fishing and have fed the islanders for centuries. If you are eager to try your luck, we’ll make fishing part of our itinerary.
